Decatur Paulding
Biography“Decatur Paulding, U. S. N.” is the listed author of The Brigantine; or, Admiral Lowe’s Last Cruise, No. 68 of the Beadle’s Dime Novels series, but absolutely nothing is known about him other than that he wrote this one dime novel for Beadle and Company.
It’s a doggone shame when people who created something worthwhile, something that will last essentially forever to be enjoyed by other people, are themselves forgotten and fade into anonymity.
